Click the Checkout link in the top navigation bar when you are ready to place your order.
All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order
all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your
credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."
Methods of payment
We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. NordicShopper accepts the following credit cards:

· MasterCard
· American Express
· Discover
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number
and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement
exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists
Tax policy
We are required to collect sales or use tax on shipping and handling charges in Minnesota.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Items may be returned for any other reason within 30 days after the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or refund based on the original form of payment.
Returns without an original sales receipt:
Are not accepted.
Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail:
Follow these instructions to return any Nordicshopper purchase by mail.
1. Please keep one copy of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the items that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note
the reason why.
3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or if you would like an exchange, let us know what you want. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
4. Circle the name and address where we should send the receipt or exchange.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned
prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

If your credit card or debit card is used in an unauthorized manner on our site (as determined by your
credit card company), we will cover whatever amount your credit card company doesn not - up to $50.
